These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SplitWiz: Video Split Edit (referred to as "SplitWiz," "we," "us," or "our") and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;

All content included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SplitWiz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SplitWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

SplitWiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
