After you download or use the Application, these Terms automatically apply to you - so you should ensure that you read it carefully before using the Application. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the application's source code, nor may you attempt to translate the application into other languages ​​or create derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remain with Watzee.

Watzee is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

The Watzee Online Tracker application stores and processes the personal data that you provide to us to provide my services. It is your responsibility to protect your phone and access to the application. Therefore, we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This can leave your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malware attacks, compromise your phone's security features, and could mean the Watzee Online Tracker app won't work properly or won't work at all.

You should be aware that there are some things for which Watzee will not take any responsibility. Some app functions will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Watzee cannot be held responsible for the application not working with full functionality if you don't have internet access.

If you use the app outside of the Wi-Fi zone, keep in mind that the terms of your cellular carrier agreement will still apply. As a result, your mobile service provider may charge you for data for the duration of your connection for accessing apps or other third-party fees. By using the application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including data roaming charges, if you use the application outside of your country of origin (i.e. your region or country). you) without disabling data roaming. We may want to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS devices. System requirements may change and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. Watzee does not promise to always update the app so that it works for you and/or works with the version of iOS you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application as they are made available to you. We may also wish to discontinue the provision of the Application and terminate the use of the Application at any time without notice of termination. Unless otherwise specified by us, upon termination, (1) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (2) you must stop using the application and remove it from your device.
